www.swalesflooring.co.im is a trading name of Swales Flooring. The terms ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refer to Swales Flooring. The terms ‘you,’ ‘the client,’ ‘the customer,’ and ‘your’ refer to the person who has requested our services and enters into this contract. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not proceed with our services.

Swales Flooring aims to provide a first-class service to all its customers. By using the services of Swales Flooring, accepting an estimate sent to you by us, or partially or fully paying an invoice, you are entering into a contract with us.

We may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and you should periodically visit this page to review the current terms to which you are bound. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from us and form the binding and entire contract between the Company and the Customer. These should be read in conjunction with any quotation documentation. Nothing in these terms and conditions seeks to limit a consumer’s statutory rights under any relevant law.


Contract

The agreed final quote represents a written contract for the specific work to be completed at the price quoted.

  • Any verbal agreements are not covered by the contract unless written into said contract.
  • The agreement is made between Swales Flooring and the client, who is identified as the person requesting the estimate or quotation.
  • Swales Flooring will only communicate with the client directly, except where written permission has been provided to communicate with a third party.
  • Please review your quotation carefully before proceeding.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedure

Swales Flooring is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must follow our complaints procedure as outlined below:

  • You must submit your complaint in writing via email to sales@swalesflooring.co.im, addressing it to the Customer Service Department.
  • Provide as much detail as possible, including your account number, order number, and a clear breakdown of the specific complaint, such as names of staff you have dealt with and any documentation related to your complaint (e.g., quotes).
  • Once your complaint has been received, our Customer Service Department will investigate the matter. We will respond to you in writing within 28 days of receiving your complaint.
  • If we are unable to resolve the complaint using our internal procedures, we will engage a third-party dispute resolution service. Should you wish to escalate the complaint, please contact us for more information.

If your complaint relates to a service we have provided, you must:

  • Provide any necessary evidence to support your complaint.
  • Refrain from publishing any material in print or electronic formats, including reviews or forum posts, that references Swales Flooring or any staff until the above process has been completed in full.
